Challenge:

Loevy + Loevy’s original brand presence felt cold, outdated, and failed to communicate the compassion and trust their clients needed, many of whom were navigating legal trauma.

Strategy:

We conducted a full brand audit and stakeholder interviews to understand both the firm’s internal values and how clients emotionally engaged with their site. The insight? Clients needed emotional clarity and reassurance before even reading a case study.

Solution:

I rebuilt the brand identity to reflect both strength and care. This included a warm, desaturated color palette, soft but legible typefaces, and photography that emphasized human dignity over legal severity. Every design choice was made to ensure users felt seen, not overwhelmed.

Impact:

The rebrand was implemented across web and print. Stakeholders reported increased client engagement during onboarding and a noticeable shift in how external partners described the firm: more approachable and mission-forward. The design also reduced user friction, particularly for mobile users, improving usability metrics across devices.
